True to our paramount principle of best possible service and striving to achieve its clientele's complete satisfaction with our collections and fashion propositions as well as the high level of customer service, follows a friendly and flexible policy on cancellations or partial/full return and of ordered items, after delivery.

Cost-free returns !, committed to full customer satisfaction, gives its customers the option of cost-free return of any item purchased, whatever the reason of the return may be. In other words, you may return an item for any of the following reasons:

  • Substitution of color and/or size
  • If item purchased is for some reason not what you expected
  • The unlikely event of a defect
  • In the case of mistakenly wrong item sent by the dispatch department.

Note on procedure: UFB wishes to clarify that for logistics and accounting reasons a return is not in any way linked to the substitution of an item with another style, color, or size. In other words, regardless of the underlying reason for the return, the procedure to be followed is as explained below.


 Necessary Conditions and Steps:

  1. Please complete the required fields on the Return Form and press  “ok”.

   2. Printed Return Form.

 Date of the request must be within 15 days from date recorded on   your invoice/receipt.

  4. Item must be returned intact, in perfect condition, not used - excluding the unlikely event of a defect noted after wearing.

 5. Item should be accompanied by:
      •     Purchase receipt (or photocopy).
      •     Printed Return Form

    Note: For sanitary reasons, leggings and earrings will not be accepted for returns, except in the case of defect. Thank you for your understanding.

    Following receipt of the Return Form, 
    by the Customer Service Department, the courier company’s authorized personnel will contact you for the pick-up.

    To avoid unnecessary delays, please make sure you have gathered all materials mentioned above before the time of pickup.

    Following the reception of the returned item and following check of the conditions 1,2,3,4 and 5, above, there are 2 options concerning charge reversal:

    1. Voucher

    You have the option of either requesting reversal of charges on your crdit card account used for the purchase of the issuing of a voucher of the same value, to be used against future purchases. The voucher will be sent to you by e-mail. Please print it for safe-keeping.
    You can then use it-with no time constraint-on future purchases, either on-line from, or at any of the participating MORE&MORE or JULIA & MORE stores in Greece, except department store shop-in-shops. In the latter case , please bring the printed voucher to the store. The voucher is cancelled once used.

    2. Credit Card
       In case the voucher option is not selected, the cost of the returned item is credited on your credit card account within 7 days of the pick-up by the courier company.
